These policies protect your time, ours and the quality of every piece. By booking, you accept the following.
Booking fee
To hold a date we charge a booking fee, calculated as a percentage of your tattoo's quoted price. It goes toward your total: on the day of the session you only pay the balance. It covers design time and the slot blocked in the calendar, which is why it is NOT refundable — if you do not show up or cancel outside the window, it is forfeited. Your appointment is only held once the booking fee is confirmed.
Cancellations and no-shows
You can cancel with at least 48 hours' notice. The booking fee is never refunded, but if you give notice within the window it can be applied to a new date. Cancellations outside that window or no-shows forfeit the fee entirely.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no cost with 48 hours' notice; the booking fee moves to the new date. Last-minute changes or a second reschedule may require a new booking fee.
Age requirement
We only tattoo people over 18 with a valid ID. No exceptions.
Health and aftercare
It's your responsibility to inform us of health conditions, allergies or relevant medication. Follow the aftercare plan for proper healing.
Privacy
The data you share in the form is used only to manage your quote and appointment. We don't share it with third parties.
